Believe it or not, asthma disorder could be very much connected to a voice disorder, due to improper breathing.
Now let’s talk about breathing exercises:
- Lower abdomen – for the support of the height of the sound.
- Upper diaphragm – for the support of the width (body of the sound)
- Mouth breath – which has to be taken very quickly, passing by all of the respiratory anatomy and becoming placed underneath of the sound, traveling on a parallel track with it and propelling the sound forward.
