Non-Surgical Voice Repair: Change what you can; manage what you cannot.

We care for you, and your voices, since 1984.

 Since 1984:
  • We do fix voices
  • We do transform lives
  • We do remove labels of some diagnoses(s) which had been imposed onto our clients voice conditions by some medical doctors

The medical professionals give the patients promises, which are implied to the voice recovery; but in reality, those promises (in majority of cases) never had been declared.

From our experience, the example would be where the ENT professional(s) suggests a vocal surgery and makes a promise to the patient that, after the surgery, their voice will be back to normal and there will be no consequences.

In reality though, the growth on the vocal cord(s) such as polyps or papillomas, can grow back in no time, as firstly, because that type of growth has a viral nature; and secondly, because the patients’ application of the voice had never changed. And, as we all know, there is no change without change.

If, in the first place, the growth on the vocal cords had occurred, that means that the person in question had never used their voice properly to begin with.

So, let’s say that the throat has been fixed surgically... In the best scenario, the voice will work almost as good as before, but only for a short period of time. Because, in reality, nothing had really changed!

The person still misuses and abuses his/her voice by speaking very loudly, by speaking a lot and/or by shouting in the bars and at the concerts. The singers with the damaged voices usually come back on stage, but usually with even more diminished quality of their vocal performance.

For example: Look at Adele and look at Sam Smith:

Both of them, in the recent past, had bleeding polyps and bleeding vocal cords. They came back on stage and… their fans love it…?

Adele, as a result, sings (quite a bit) off key. But it seems that our society had become more “deaf” by the minute. Therefore it is not surprising that the audience is not hearing any of those imperfections.

Sam Smith (in my opinion), never had a good singing technique to begin with. But now, after the vocal operation, it’s even more evident that his “singing” is very much so out of sorts, so to speak. I personally feel sorry, especially for him, as his voice now has been drowned into his neck and lower throat; and if it does not get to be recovered soon, he will end up back on the operating table with the “speed of light”, unfortunately. With his own words, after hearing his own performance at the Oscars, he said:

"Singing was horrible. I hated every minute of it, I was so nervous. I'm going to retire, I'm done with music!"
Why do you think that even “jokingly” he wants to end his music career?
My answer is: because he does not see “the light at the end of the tunnel”, as he has no clue how to acquire such vocal technique which will allow his voice to work in it’s fullest capacity possible and with no pain or strain on the vocal anatomy.
The technique, which will allow him to know and hear (predominantly) the exact sound which will come out (the next second) of his mouth; the sound, which will reflect his inner hearing and inner feelings; the sound to be delivered (by design) to the audience.

What price tag you could put on the above? I am sure Adele, Sam Smith, and many other “professional artists" alike, will answer: “That would be priceless!”
